Our full set corn puff production line is a turnkey extrusion solution for manufacturing all kinds of puffed corn snacks, including corn sticks, corn balls, hollow corn tubes, corn curls and multi-shaped expanded grain snacks. This production line adopts twin-screw extrusion technology, which can realize continuous automatic production from raw material mixing to finished product packaging.

The whole line mainly includes raw material mixer, screw feeding conveyor, twin-screw extruder, rotary cutter, air conveying machine, multi-layer electric drying oven, continuous oil spraying system, seasoning drum and automatic packing machine. All parts in contact with food are made of food-grade 304 stainless steel, complying with CE and international food hygiene standards.
